Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting and analytics across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from practice management systems, validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions to drive data-driven decisions.

Collaborating with Revenue Cycle leadership and the Power BI team, you will develop dashboards, audit reports, and ensure data integrity across PMS platforms, contributing to timely, accurate leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Experience with PMS systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Validates Power BI reports against source data for accuracy.
• Collaborates with IT/analytics to develop dashboards and reporting outputs.
• Maintains data quality and alignment of operational data with reporting outputs.
• Supports KPI definitions and standardization across teams.
