Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from PMS like Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental, validate outputs, and help define KPIs for consistent, data-driven decision making.

You’ll collaborate with IT and BI teams to design dashboards in Power BI, ensuring accuracy and alignment with source data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and KPIs.
• Experience with practice management systems (PMS) such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and/or Open Dental.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports for leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Defines reporting needs, KPIs, and tracking methodologies with leadership.
• Supports dashboard design, development, and refinement with Power BI teams.
• Validates reports against source data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identifies data gaps and works cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Documents reporting logic, data sources, and KPI definitions.
• Monitors data quality and integrity across systems.
