Job summary

Zotec Partners is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for a remote position in the United States. You will act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, shaping RCM goals, providing reimbursement analysis, and delivering management reporting across Zotec departments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical billing client service (Radiology preferred), CPT/ICD knowledge, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a medical billing client service role, Radiology preferred.
• Basic CPT/ICD coding knowledge and familiarity with MIPS and industry trends.
• Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate results, trends and opportunities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with physicians and practice stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients' business needs and RCM goals.
• Review and analyze RCM metrics to optimize performance.
• Conduct client meetings to review RCM performance and trends.
• Educate clients on Zotec capabilities and value proposition.
• Communicate with client groups and internal departments on open items and projects.
• Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate resources to address issues.
• Provide client feedback to the organization and leverage resources.
• Alert sales to growth opportunities from existing clients.
• Stay updated on MACRA, MIPS, and specialty issues affecting clients.
• Share industry developments with client groups through ongoing education.
