Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for its RCM Services, a remote role operating within designated US states. You will maintain client relations, address billing inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize revenue cycle performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, strong communication, and a client-focused mindset, with the ability to travel occasionally for client visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years in client relationship management, preferably healthcare RCM.
• Experience with revenue cycle management workflows and billing support.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for RCM clients and ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Handle billing inquiries, workflow problems, and provide timely updates on resolution progress.
• Coordinate with Raintree staff to resolve revenue cycle issues and prevent recurrence.
