Job summary

Raintree Systems, a leading AI-powered EMR and practice management platform, seeks a Client Relationship Manager for its RCM Services. This remote role covers designated states in the United States and focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and effective communication across clinical and billing teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in healthcare-related client relationship management, strong communication skills, and deep understanding of revenue cycle management processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher; masters or certifications encouraged.
• 5+ years of client relationship management experience, ideally in healthcare RCM or medical billing.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with payment posting, clearinghouse workflows, electronic claims processing, and A/R follow-up.
• Comfort working remotely with strong video conferencing etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer satisfaction for the RCM division and maintain client relationships.
• Serve as main point of contact, ensure retention and satisfaction with RCM services.
• Coordinate with RCM staff to resolve billing, claims, and workflow issues.
• Provide first-line support for inbound customer calls regarding RCM services.
• Identify opportunities to upsell Raintree modules or enhanced services.
• Participate in onboarding, billing setup, and ongoing revenue management for clients.
• Attend transition and kickoff calls for new clients and escalate issues as needed.
• Support CSAs and staff in addressing billing disputes and payer behavior.
• Stay current with regulatory changes and healthcare billing developments.
