Job summary

Zotec Partners is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for a fully remote role. You will act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, shaping RCM goals, interpreting performance data, and guiding clients through evolving regulatory landscapes.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in business or accounting, 3+ years in medical billing client service, and strong communication and analytical skills to drive value and client satisfaction across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a medical billing client service role, Urgent Care experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, industry trends.
• Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate results, trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients to optimize RCM results.
• Review and analyze RCM metrics to assess and improve performance.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss performance, trends, and industry issues.
• Educate client groups on Zotec’s capabilities and value proposition.
• Proactively communicate status of items and opportunities across departments.
• Maintain awareness of MACRA, MIPS, and specialty issues to advise clients.
