Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Performance Manager to transition new billing teams into our RP RCM operations and lead initiatives that improve service quality and performance. You will analyze daily metrics, identify process improvements, and coordinate with Coding, Analytics, and IT to drive results.

The role requires strong healthcare reimbursement knowledge, billing and coding expertise, and 4–5+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced managed care

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, billing, CPT/ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, financial reporting, and collections processes.
• Radiology RCM experience preferred.
• Experience with billing systems and payer setup/configuration.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Transition new billing teams into Radiology Partners’ Revenue Cycle operations.
• Analyze daily metrics to ensure service quality and performance standards.
• Identify and implement Revenue Cycle process improvements and special projects.
• Establish effective communication between billing teams and RCM resources, including Coding, Analytics, and IT.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration and drive results.
