Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare account management or revenue cycle operations.
• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) and KPIs.
• Experience advising on payer guidelines and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of client and payer relationships with clear communication and alignment.
• Act as strategic advisor to clinic leadership to improve RCM performance.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing client engagement for seamless service delivery.
• Analyze client KPIs (e.g., days in A/R, denial trends) and recommend actions.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews with data-driven insights.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports highlighting trends and risks.
• Identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.
• Direct the AR team to ensure timely follow-up of unpaid claims.
• Establish system parameters to maximize submission and payment.
• Monitor at-risk accounts and initiate interventions.
• Resolve escalated client/patient concerns with professionalism.
• Advocate for process and system improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve client experience.
