Job summary

Zotec Partners is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the main liaison for assigned clients in a fully remote role. You will work cross-functionally to optimize Revenue Cycle Management results, provide reimbursement analysis, and deliver proactive management reporting.

You will advise clients on industry trends and MACRA/MIPS changes while leveraging Zotec tools to navigate evolving healthcare challenges. A strong client-service mindset is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting is required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical billing client service role (Urgent Care experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with assigned clients to optimize Revenue Cycle Management results.
• Analyze RCM metrics and advise on performance improvements.
• Conduct client meetings to review performance, trends, and industry issues.
• Educate client groups on Zotec capabilities and value proposition.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams on open items and projects.
• Keep stakeholders informed on client satisfaction and address issues with appropriate resources.
