Qualifications

• 5+ years in client relationship management, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Strong communication and multitasking across multiple practices.
• Familiarity with medical billing concepts, claims, and A/R trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage client satisfaction and retention for RCM Services.
• Serve as main contact between clients and Raintree staff.
• Address billing inquiries and track progress toward issue resolution.
• Coordinate with billing managers, specialists, and tech support.
• Support client onboarding, transitions, and ongoing revenue goals.
• Attend calls and visits to strengthen client relationships and trust.
