Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a senior Revenue Cycle Manager to guide the transition of new billing teams into our revenue cycle operations. You will analyze daily metrics and lead process improvements across CPT/ICD coding, billing systems, and cross-functional teams.

You will establish strong communication between billing, analytics, and IT, supervise a fast-paced team, and drive performance in a national healthcare environment while advancing careers with competitive benefits and flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; 7+ years in related experience
• 4-5+ years of revenue cycle supervisory experience in a fast-paced managed care environment
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and billing processes
• Experience with CPT/ICD-9/ICD-10 coding and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of new billing teams into Radiology Partners' Revenue Cycle operations
• Analyze daily metrics to ensure service quality and performance
• Identify and implement Revenue Cycle process improvements and special projects
• Establish effective communication between billing teams and RCM resources
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive results
