AFFIRM is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack for Strategic Revenue Insights, a remote-friendly role focused on analytics across revenue segments. You will own end-to-end analytics, develop dashboards, run experiments, and partner with Client Success and Marketplace teams to optimize GTM initiatives.

You will define KPIs, lead data strategies, and mentor cross-functional teams, leveraging SQL, Looker/Tableau, and emerging AI tools to drive revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/Sigma).
• Understanding or aptitude to learn Python is a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for analytics (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across the org.

• Be the data SME for revenue segments and merchants for point-of-sale and marketplace business.
• Create business cases, insights, and dashboards; run experiments to show value.
• Produce internal analyses to assess revenue performance and inform decisions.
• Standardize use cases and automate analyses and dashboards to scale decisions.
• Define KPIs, data sources, and methodologies to enable actionable insights.
• Provide analytics guidance to a cross-functional team as the analytics point of contact.
