Job summary

Affirm's Revenue Analytics team seeks a data-driven professional to deliver analyses, reporting, and data solutions across Revenue segments. You will partner with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and scalable tools.

The role requires strong SQL and visualization skills, comfort with unstructured data, and the ability to craft narratives for internal and external partners. Remote-first with emphasis on impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an analytically-driven role.
• Strong SQL and data-visualization skills.
• Ability to craft narratives for internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience with AI analytics tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic partner with Revenue teams as data SME for segments and merchants.
• Create dashboards and run experiments to demonstrate value.
• Analyze Revenue performance and inform segment strategy.
• Standardize analytics, automate dashboards to scale decisions.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end projects.
