Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Analytics professional to drive analyses, reporting, and data solutions for Revenue segments. You will partner with Client Success and Marketplace teams, build dashboards, and run experiments to quantify value for merchants.

The role emphasizes storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable analytics infrastructure, with a remote-first culture and flexible in-person requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau). Understanding or a demonstrated aptitude to learn Python is a plus.
• Demonstrated aptitude in leveraging AI tools for analytics (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, including ability to operate in ambiguity and establish analytical frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic partner with Revenue teams as data SME for revenue segments and merchants.
• Create dashboards, insights, and experiments to engage merchants and demonstrate value.
• Develop internal analyses to assess Revenue performance and inform strategy and execution.
