Job summary

Affirm is building a data-driven Revenue Analytics function to support growth across merchant and consumer platforms. The role focuses on analyses, reporting, and scalable data solutions to optimize Revenue segments, with emphasis on clear narratives for stakeholders and reproducible analytics.

Ideal candidates bring strong SQL, data visualization skills, and experience using AI analytics tools to inform GTM and partnership decisions, all within a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or related field
• Strong SQL and data visualization experience
• Experience with AI tools for analytics
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly
• Ability to work with ambiguity and drive recommendations
• Cross-functional collaboration experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue teams to influence decisions and act as data SME
• Create dashboards, insights, and experiments to demonstrate value
• Produce internal analyses to inform Revenue strategy and execution
• Scale analytics by standardizing use cases and automating dashboards
• Define KPIs and methodologies using structured and unstructured data sources
