Job summary

Munters is seeking a Retrofit Sales Manager for the Southeast region to grow service sales around refurbishment and modernization of existing installations. This remote-from-home role requires minimal travel (1–2 trips per quarter).

You will prepare quotes and proposals, coordinate with Engineering and Applications teams, and present to customers and sales channels. Forecasting and cost/schedule management are key success factors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management in capital equipment
• Experience with HVAC components
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (spoken, written, listening)
• Leadership to manage projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• CRM programs experience

Responsibilities

• Manage retrofit service sales in the Southeast region
• Prepare quotes and proposals for service products
• Travel 1–2 trips per quarter
• Cultivate relationships with customers and sales channels
• Coordinate with Engineering and Applications teams on RFE viability
• Forecast orders and sales monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Ensure projects meet cost and schedule goals
