Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday 7:30am–10pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to educate customers on retirement plans and respond to inquiries about Retirement Products (401(k), 403(b), 457, 401(a)).
• Build relationships with clients and provide retirement guidance and mentorship.
• Aim for first-call resolution and own customer needs.
