Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to ensure service strategy exceeds client expectations. The role is a flexible work-from-home position with nationwide client coverage and a focus on retention, design, and participant engagement.

The CRM will lead cross-functional teams, manage contracts, and identify opportunities for growth across Voya’s recordkeeping products. A background in defined contribution plans and licensing is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 licensing required.
• Travel 35–50% of time; Nationwide locations.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: Meet with client stakeholders to build trust-based relationships with executives, treasury, HR, benefits, and brokers.
• Client retention and contract negotiations: Maintain retention, manage RFIs/RFPs, pricing, and SLAs.
• Project management: Coordinate internal resources, set live dates, scope project details, and manage costs.
• Client growth: Identify opportunities for organic and cross-sell within Voya’s recordkeeping offerings and respond to RFPs.
