Job summary

Voya Financial, based in Boston, seeks a retirement services specialist to serve separated from service participants and near-retirees, guiding them toward the best plan or rollover options. You will educate clients and coordinate with advisory teams to implement retirement strategies.

Requirements include a college degree, 3–5 years in financial services, FINRA licenses (6/63/7/65/66) and CRPC. You will build trust, deliver education, and support a superior client experience daily.

Qualifications

• College degree required and FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards knowledge.
• 3–5 years in financial services preferred.
• Licensure: Series 6, 63, 7, 65/66 and CRPC.
• Strong ability to identify sales opportunities while maintaining client retention.
• Solid understanding of retirement planning and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated service to separated participants with retirement readiness guidance.
• Consult, educate, and advise on actions; coordinate with In Plan Advice or Rollover teams.
• Handle inbound calls with investment guidance and education.
• Not responsible for individual product recommendations.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
