Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to ensure our service delivery exceeds client expectations. This role is an individual contributor focused on client satisfaction, retention and plan optimization, working across internal teams to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in defined contribution client service, a Bachelor's degree, and licenses like FINRA 6/7 and 63. Travel up to 50% nationwide; work-from-home available within a covered territory.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment background.
• Travel – 35–50% of time; nationwide locations.
• Industry certifications and FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client stakeholders to develop trust-based relationships within client organizations, including Senior Executives, Treasury, Human Resources, Benefits, Advisors, and TPAs.
• Lead cross-functional service teams to execute against the plan and report on effectiveness based on agreed-to metrics.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, and benchmarking exercises for clients; negotiate contracts and pricing; ensure SLAs.
• Identify business opportunities for organic growth and cross-sale of other Voya recordkeeping products.
• Present Voya’s recordkeeping offering and differentiated value proposition to potential clients.
