Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to ensure service delivery meets client expectations across defined contribution plans. This role is a remote-friendly, individual contributor position covering a nationwide territory.

You will meet with senior client stakeholders, manage renewals and contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and seek opportunities for growth within client accounts. Travel 35–50% is required; strong communication and licensing are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; FINRA licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client stakeholders to develop trust-based relationships within client organizations.
• Lead cross-functional service teams to exceed client expectations and report on metrics.
• Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategy and service level agreements.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-sale of recordkeeping products.
