Qualifications

• Experience in document review and transaction processing.
• 1–5 years in adjacent back-office financial operations (benefits, money movement, tax prep, loan docs, compliance).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information to prepare the annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Use filing software to prepare 401(k) government filings including IRS Form 5500.
• Educate clients on 401(k) plan administration and documents.
