Qualifications

Experience with document review and transaction processing.
1–5 years in adjacent back-office financial operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Direct retirement-plan operations experience preferred.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business/finance preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with clients to obtain information for annual reporting.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
Complete 401(k) testing and reporting.
Prepare IRS Form 5500 filings.
Educate clients about 401(k) plan administration.
