Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred.
• 1–5 years of adjacent back-office financial operations experience.
• Knowledge of 401(k) plan administration, reporting and filings.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information for annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and admin software for testing and reporting.
• Prepare 401(k) government filings including IRS Form 5500.
• Educate clients on retirement plan administration and documents.
