You will review client documents, keep clients updated, and assist with year-end government filings, including the 5500. A strong background in back-office financial operations and proficiency with Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in back-office financial operations or related fields.
• Experience with document review and transaction processing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain information for annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Perform 401(k) testing and reporting tasks.
• Prepare IRS Form 5500 and related filings.
• Educate clients on 401(k) plan administration.
