Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees eligible for applicable retirement plans. The role includes presenting enrollment and financial education meetings, traveling as needed, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct presentations to improve plan awareness and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory for new enrollments.
