Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with sponsor and employee needs for applicable retirement plans. An incentive bonus is available based on plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.

The role includes conducting enrollment meetings, age-based financial education, and sophisticated financial literacy sessions as requested by the plan sponsor. Travel may be required across territories; remote work is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred; appropriate state licenses may be required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Educate participants regarding plan participation and options.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new enrollments.
