Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance for plan sponsors and eligible employees. The role offers an incentive bonus based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

The position is remote within the United States, with potential travel up to 25% and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match. Strong presentation skills and relevant licenses are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist in annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Collaborate on targeted education campaigns to improve participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory for new plan enrollments.
