Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement savings plans. The role offers a bonus opportunity based on plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.

The position includes presentations, benefit fairs, annual plan reviews, and education campaigns to increase participation. Remote work with travel up to 25% is possible, with comprehensive benefits and compensation discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
