Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant who will guide sponsors and employees in retirement plan options. The role includes delivering presentations, participating in outreach events, and supporting plan education initiatives.

Remote work is available, with up to 25% travel to support enrollment and educational activities. A Series 7/66 and state licenses are preferred, along with CFP/ChFC or similar credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred and appropriate state licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
