Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees in retirement savings plans. You will conduct enrollment meetings, age-based financial education sessions, and participate in education campaigns to drive plan participation and deferral rates.

Role includes travel up to 25% and a bonus opportunity based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Assist Relationship Manager with education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
