Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings plan. This remote role includes incentive bonus opportunities based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

The position requires delivering presentations, education meetings, and enrollment meetings to raise awareness of plan features and grow assets, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.
• Series 7/66 licenses and state registrations are preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person or virtual presentations to explain plan features and grow assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate about plan participation.
