Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. The role includes delivering enrollment and education meetings, participating in benefit fairs, and assisting with annual plan reviews.

Travel may be required; compensation includes base salary with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. The position is remote with up to 25% travel, and requires Series 7/66 and state licenses, plus CFP/ChFC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are preferred and state insurance licenses are required.
• CFP or ChFC designations are desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate about plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new enrollments.
