Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement plans. The role offers a bonus opportunity based on plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.

The position is remote, with travel up to 25% and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with company match. Strong presentation skills and applicable licenses are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required; state insurance licenses needed
• CFP/ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
• Participate in annual plan review and financial education planning
• Assist Relationship Manager with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation
• Travel may be required up to 25% per territory
