Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement savings plans. The role includes presenting plan features, enrollment meetings, education sessions, and travel up to 25% as territory demands.

This remote-position offers bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, 401(k) with matching, and licensing/education support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series7, Series66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve plan awareness and assets.
• Deliver enrollment meetings and age-based financial education sessions.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and education planning processes.
• Support targeted education campaigns to boost participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required.
