Job summary

Ascensus's FuturePlan is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to be the primary contact for retirement plan clients, advisors, and strategic business partners. You will manage a book of business, resolve complex plan issues, and coordinate with internal specialists to deliver services accurately and on time.

You will leverage retirement plan expertise and strong communication to retain clients, identify growth opportunities, and provide thoughtful recommendations in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on client consulting on all aspects of actuarial administrative tasks.
• At least three years of hands-on experience with defined contribution (401(k)) plans, including record keeping and vendor issues.
• Excellent understanding of plan administration, compliance testing and pension law.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 days per week per travel needs.
• Working towards ASPPA CPC designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retain profitable clients and prevent attrition.
• Identify and define clients’ problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Promote and upsell additional services to existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare client authorizations and manage billing processes.
