Job summary

Ascensus seeks a seasoned relationship manager to serve elite advisor plan clients and their financial professionals. You will act as the primary contact, providing consultative support and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and retention.

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, educating at the executive level, and driving growth through cross-sell opportunities while maintaining compliance and data integrity. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in retirement services industry or related field (7+ years preferred).
• Direct client relationship experience within a financial services admin environment.
• ASPPA/CEBS certification or working towards it preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for existing big and elite advisor plan clients and their financial advisors.
• Provide consultative advice and support as dedicated contact for execution of strategies.
• Promote plan retention via ownership, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Develop relationships with C-level decision makers for education and communication strategies.
• Cross-sell revenue opportunities and educate on products, processes, and services.
• Compile data and track communications; lead projects adding value for relationships.
• Travel as required.
