Ascensus is seeking a seasoned client relationship professional to serve as the focal point for elite advisor plan clients and their financial advisors. You will manage relationships, provide consultative support, and ensure effective execution of coordinated strategies to retain plans and expand services.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, proactive problem resolution, cross-functional collaboration, and travel as required to meet senior-level clients across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years in retirement services or related field.
• Minimum 5 years direct client relationships in a financial services environment.
• Certification in ASPPA/CEBS is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
• Demonstrate proactive client focus and teamwork in daily activities.
• Promote client satisfaction, leading to retention and organic growth.
• Develop relationships with daily client contacts and executives.
• Own resolution of issues escalated by clients and financial professionals.
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments on client needs.
• Review book of business to identify retention opportunities.
• Cross-sell revenue opportunities and educate on products and services.
• Compile data, track communications, and optimize plan design.
• Lead projects that add value for existing relationships.
• Analyze data and conduct outreach to strengthen share of wallet.
• Maintain proficiency with partner products and Ascensus tools.
• Travel as required.
