Job summary

Ascensus seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager to serve as the focal point for top advisor plan clients and their financial professionals. You will manage ongoing relationships, coordinating with sales, service, and operations to ensure a superior service experience and plan retention.

Responsibilities include proactive client focus, issue resolution, cross-selling, and driving value through data analysis and project leadership. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 years of retirement services experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of direct client relationships in a financial services administrative environment.
• Certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation experience.
• Detail oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for existing big and elite advisor plan clients and their financial advisors.
• Provide consultative advice and support to ensure plan retention.
• Promote plan retention through ownership, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Cross-sell revenue opportunities and educate professionals about products, processes and services.
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to resolve client issues.
• Develop education and communication strategies with decision makers.
• Lead or participate in projects that add value to relationships.
• Analyze data and conduct outreach to strengthen relationships and gain share of wallet.
• Maintain proficiency with Ascensus products across platforms.
