Job summary

National Debt Relief, LLC. is seeking a Commission-driven Client Loyalty Specialist to support clients at risk of canceling their service. You will handle inbound and outbound communications across calls, email, and digital channels to retain clients and drive strong outcomes.

This is a full-time remote role with standard ET schedules, offering a base rate of $18/hour plus performance-based bonuses and commissions. Expect opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling enrollment through inbound/outbound calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build rapport with clients and apply persuasive rebuttal skills and problem-solving to keep clients in program.
• Follow established quality guidelines to ensure clients are cared for with integrity.
• Demonstrate the values and benefits of the program to clients.
• Document client discussions clearly in Salesforce CRM.
• Meet performance criteria set by management (subject to change).
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and Retention department policies.
