Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Windows computers.
• Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance.
• A private or secluded work location within your residence.
• Reliable LAN or WLAN internet with speeds at least 18 Mbps down and 12 Mbps up.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and address requests or inquiries about services and products.
• Utilize systems and tools to assist customers.
• Apply sales expertise to make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process purchases of products and services using operational systems.
