Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on retention to work remotely with a quiet home setup. You will handle calls, resolve issues, and upsell services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, Windows familiarity, and reliable attendance. As part of DIRECTV, you’ll operate in a fast-paced virtual environment, with typical M-F hours and some weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service work experience.
• Familiarity with Windows computers.
• Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance.
• A private or secluded work location within your residence
• Reliable LAN or WLAN internet service with speeds of at least 18mbps download, 12mbps upload that can be dedicated to DIRECTV work

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and address requests or inquiries concerning services and products.
• Utilize various systems and tools to assist customers.
• Use sales expertise to make recommendations according to customer needs.
• Utilize operational systems to process purchases of all products and services.
• Use solid problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Support customers during working hours (Mon-Fri 5:55 AM – 8:00 PM, Sat-Sun 6:55 AM – 8:00 PM MST); occasional overtime may be required.
