Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on retention to work from home. You will engage with customers, resolve issues, and use consultative selling to preserve services. The role requires a quiet home office and reliable internet. Flexible hours include weekends and some holidays within MST time.

You will handle calls, use DIRECTV systems, and recommend products to fit customer needs while maintaining excellent service quality.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service work experience
• Familiarity with Windows computers
• Ability to maintain regular attendance in a virtual setting

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and address inquiries concerning services and products
• Use various systems and tools to assist customers
• Make recommendations according to customer’s needs
• Process purchases of all products and services
• Identify and resolve customer technical issues
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication
• Support customers during assigned hours (Mon–Fri 5:55AM–8:00PM MST; Sat–Sun 6:55AM–8:00PM MST)
