Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Customer Service Representative for retention to support our customers from a fully remote home office. You’ll engage empathetically, resolve issues, and apply sales guidance to preserve services while improving the customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling calls, using company systems, recommending solutions, processing purchases, and communicating clearly. Requires 6–12 months in CS, Windows familiarity, private workspace, and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Windows computers.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance.
• Private or secluded work location at home.
• Reliable broadband internet (min 18 Mbps down / 12 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls regarding services and products.
• Use various systems to assist customers.
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process purchases and manage service requests.
• Resolve issues to improve customer experience.
• Maintain strong verbal and written communication.
• Support customers during set hours (M-F 5:55AM – 8:00PM, Sat/Sun 6:55AM – 8:00PM MST).
