LILT is seeking experienced Retail professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Indian retail and consumer-facing environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic scenarios across store operations, customer service, and fraud prevention.

This is a flexible 1099 contractor role with no fixed hours. You’ll work remotely, choose workloads, and contribute to gold-standard solutions used to train AI systems—while earning competitive rates.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level Tamil with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

Aufgaben

• Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Tamil or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, branch coordination).
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism.
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.
