Qualifications

• Native-level Telugu with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.
• Background in roles like Retail Sales Supervision, Store/Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Indian retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Telugu or English grounded in Indian contexts (store operations, escalations, inventory, pharmacy, compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, multi-branch coordination).
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, and compliance tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism.
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.
