Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager for a remote/field-based role covering Portland, Maine. You will manage Home Depot and Lowes accounts, analyze data in Salesforce, Power BI, and ShowPad, and execute territory strategies.

You will drive top-line sales, partner with store leaders, and lead local activations while ensuring proper inventory for promotions and leveraging your retail experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Retail Sales experience in Consumer Goods Industry.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and performing light physical labor.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop growth plans.
• Understanding IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce) and Microsoft apps.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with store goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to develop territory sales plans.
• Work with Sales Operations to ensure inventory for promotions.
• Drive execution strategy from Power BI and Salesforce data.
• Lead national event activations and local territory activations.
• Engage store and district decision makers with key initiatives.
