Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Remote/Field Retail Territory Manager for Portland, Maine. You will manage Home Depot and Lowes accounts, visit stores, analyze metrics in Salesforce and Power BI, and drive region-specific sales initiatives.

You will partner with store and district leaders, develop territory plans, and execute promotional activities to meet POS goals. Expect travel and physical job requirements, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and performing some physical labor.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop growth plans.
• Understanding of IT systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive Top Line Sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with retail goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to develop territory sales plans.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations for inventory during promotions.
• Drive strategy using Power BI and Salesforce data.
