Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to cover Denver, remotely within the territory. You will drive top-line sales, analyze POS data with Power BI and Salesforce, and partner with store/district managers to execute territory plans and promotions.

You will manage Home Depot and Lowes accounts, develop customized initiatives, and travel regionally while maintaining relationships with key decision makers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing some physical labor.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowes accounts or a combination of these accounts.
• Analyze POS and store performance to develop territory sales plans.
• Drive top-line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Collaborate with store and district managers to align strategies and promotions.
• Ensure proper inventory for promotional activities and relay needs to Sales Operations.
