Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Remote Retail Territory Manager to oversee Home Depot/Lowes accounts in your territory. You will analyze data in Power BI and Salesforce, map routing, and drive sales initiatives with store and district leaders.

You will visit retailers, manage promotions, and coordinate inventory with Sales Operations. Regional travel and occasional weekends are required in a field/remote role.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of retail sales in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce data analysis.

Mansioni

• Drive top-line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with local goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to develop territory sales plans.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations to ensure inventory for promotions.
• Use Power BI and Salesforce to map customer routing and trends.
• Develop and implement territory activations and event strategies.
• Manage budgets (T&E, demos) to optimize profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with Pro end-users and retailers.
